I’d like to invite you to get to know me better and to learn more about my professional
experience. My mother tongue is German and I live and work in Germany. English is my
second language, which I speak fluently, so business talks and negotiations are no problem
at all.

Last but not least, there is French of which I have a good command, especially when it
comes to business correspondence and commercial topics.

After passing my A-levels, I started my business and language studies at the vocational college
Gutenbergschule in Leipzig to become a state-approved multilingual correspondent. The main
focus of my studies was on business English and business French with emphasis on business
correspondence and international commerce, translation and interpreting practice, business
studies including foreign trade as well as management assistance.

I gained my professional experience during different internships e.g. with the German-Irish
Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Ireland and MAN Takraf in Germany and most of all
during several years as a multilingual correspondent and translator with a globally operating
ICT company. Being with my children and managing a family fulltime, has improved my
organisational skills and I am definitely able to work well under pressure!
